HALAL INDUSTRY
A growth of 35% of the Muslim population is expected in the next 20 years, constituting 26.4% of world's population by 2030.
The market and demand for products suitable for their consumption grows with it and we want you to benefit from this trend.
Currently, the supply from Mexico and Latin America is almost non-existent.
This niche is still unexplored, so a real potential market is being lost.

NOWADAYS, THE HALAL STANDARDS
ARE ALSO USED AS REFERENCE
OF QUALITY, HYGIENE AND SAFETY...
As for food, Halal covers the aspects of slaughter, storage, display, preparation, hygiene, and sanitation.
All foods are Halal, except those ordered as Haram, which is the opposite of Halal and means prohibited, unauthorized, harmful, unethical, or abusive.
The term is primarily applied to Halal meat, but most foods are inherently Halal, including rice, pasta, milk, fish, vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, and seeds.
In order to use the Halal label, strict monitoring of food production procedures and rigorous control over the entire supply chain must be carried out. "[It] is required that control measures be applied to points in the food chain when they are of greatest value to reduce the risks of loss of the permissible status of the food, from the Islamic point of view."
