At S2M GLOBAL SA de CV , we take care of the privacy of your Data and its confidentiality, through policies, procedures, programs and administrative, technical and physical security measures, to assure you that your Personal Data is protected. Only authorized people will have access to your Personal Data, in order to avoid its damage, loss, alteration, destruction, sale, rent, use, access or improper disclosure.

We respect the privacy rights of our customers. This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected, stored, disclosed and/or processed by S2M GLOBAL SA de CV (henceforth referred to as the Company). This Policy is based on the the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LEY FEDERAL DE PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS PERSONALES EN POSESIÓN DE LOS PARTICULARES) valid as of 05/07/2010 and all the associated regulations and guidelines as may from time to time be issued by the Mexican corresponding authorities.

S2M GLOBAL SA de CV , is the legal entity in charge of the treatment of personal data that it's collected from you as "Holder" of the same, understanding as "Holder" the natural person to whom the personal data corresponds, and by the latter, any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.

 

For the "Company", treating their data legitimately and in accordance with the Federal Law on Matter, is a priority issue. This Privacy Notice complements any other simplified or short privacy notices that the “Company” has made available to them for being the owner of their personal data and is supplementary in everything that expressly does not refer to such notices.

3-. Personal data use for the CLIENTS of the “Company”.

The "Company" in this act collects their data for the following purposes:

 

  • Provide you with the professional services and products that you have requested or require, whether physically, by telephone, electronically or by any other technology or means that is within the reach of S2M GLOBAL, SA de CV in accordance with the proposal that the Company presents you.

  • Notify you about new services or products that are related to those already contracted or acquired;

  • Communicate to you about changes in them;

  • Prepare studies and programs that are necessary to determine consumption habits;

  • Carry out periodic evaluations of our products and services in order to improve their quality;

  • Evaluate the quality of the service we provide, and in general, to fulfill the obligations we have contracted with you.

  • All those related to the above to advise individuals or companies, whether national and / or foreign.

 

4-. Personal data that the "Company" collects from its clients.

 

To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, the "Company" will use personal identification, contact, employment and billing information.

 

Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following purposes that are not necessary for the requested service, but that allow and facilitate us to provide you with better care:

 

  • Maintain contact with you, in order to invite you to conferences, courses or events, in which current issues are discussed that are related to the professional services that the "Responsible" provides.

The refusal to use your personal data for these purposes may not be a reason for us to deny you the services and products that you request or contract with us.

 

5-. Sensitive personal data.

The "Company" informs you that to fulfill the purposes set out in this privacy notice, it does NOT require collecting sensitive personal data from you.

 

6-. Means to exercise the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO Rights).

 

You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use them for and the conditions of use we give them (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is out of date, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we remove it from our records or databases when it considers that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations set forth in the regulations (Cancellation); as well as oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

The Department of Personal Data of the "Company" will provide you with all the necessary information, so that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition regarding your personal data. 7-. Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data.

 

To limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, so that they are not processed for marketing or advertising purposes by the "Company", you can directly contact the "Responsible" Personal Data Department, located at the address indicated above or to the phone 55 9131 5910 with the head of the Administration Department or through the following email: contacto@s2mglobal.com , in order to indicate the way and means by which you can limit the use and disclosure of your data personal.

 

8-. Procedure for the owner (client), where appropriate, to revoke their consent to the processing of their personal data.

 

At any time, you can revoke the consent that, in your case, you have given to the “Company” for the treatment of your personal data. However, it is important to keep in mind that not in all cases can your request be attended to or the use terminated immediately, since it is possible that due to some legal obligation it is required to continue processing your personal data. Likewise, you must consider that for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply that you cannot continue to provide the service you requested, or the conclusion of your relationship with the “Company”.

9-. Transfers of personal data within Mexico and abroad.

 

Your personal data can be transferred and processed inside and outside the country, if necessary for the purposes mentioned in paragraphs A) and B) of point 3 of this privacy notice. In this case, your personal data would be shared outside the country, with the company or companies that are required, belonging to the global S2M GLOBAL Network. Therefore, it is important that you are aware that your data is protected by virtue of the fact that said companies, if their data is sent, will operate under the same Personal Data Protection Policy and also have a Privacy Policy. The "Company" undertakes not to transfer your personal data to other third parties, except that for the professional services provided, they should be transferred to comply with legal obligations before the competent authorities, such as tax authorities or judicial, federal or local. Any complaint or additional information regarding the treatment of your personal data or doubts in relation to the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals or its Regulations, may be directed to the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).
